When you think of Sushi, you think of Japan. And with Japan comes a typical traditional way of interior design which often contains light colored woods. This wood is very sensitive.

The protection of wood without any kind of vernis in a Sushi-bar is not an option. Therefore Sushi-Bar Shinto in Amstelveen uses a epoxy-coating to protect the furniture and workbench.
